Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include the original packaging and all accessories.
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products that have been used or altered after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
